MacBook Pro updated to 10.8.2 = no changes

Hi there
I updated my OS to 10.8.2, at least that's what my Mac tells me when i click 'About this Mac...'.
Unfortunately, I noticed there wasn't a Facebook integration or anything else that would come with the update.
So I redownloaded the whole OS, but still no changes...
Any help?

For Facebook integration, I believe you have to login to Facebook in the Settings > Mail, Contacts, Calendars section. I haven't updated my Macs yet.
