My MacBook will not star. I called Apple support and went through their guidelines of pressing down on shift+control+alt for 10 seconds but no change. Tried to start with internal battery only and or plug in battery no change. Only getting the following lights (see picture) on the side.
The computer has been acting fine for months. Last night I turned off the internet then saved the documents I was working on and hit the “shutdown computer” and all was well like every other day. The only thing that was different is that it is very cold at the moment (below30) and I turn off the heater in that room at night. Please advise.
