My macbook has been acting really weird. About 3 months ago, I tried burning a music CD. The SuperDrive made a grinding noise then it wouldn't eject. Then one day about a week later, when I was using it, it just spit the CD out, but after that, It would not read any CD or DVD at all, it would go in, make the same grinding noise, then spit it right out. Well, I let it be, and just used the laptop without using CD's, I figured that I finish my semester before I send it in. Just recently, I decide to try and install WoW on my Macbook, and lo and behold, it worked. It read the DVD's no problem. But now when I try to play a DVD (Fun with Dick and Jane) [first one i grabbed], it stays in the unit, spins up fast then dies down, then spins up fast and dies down, and it does that until I eject it. But now blank media works fine now also. Whats going on, or should I just ship it to :apple:?
