Im really hoping a new MacBook will be in my future soon but just out of curiosity for those of you that have a MacBook, have any of you swapped out your Hard-Drive yet? Apparently it's really easy to do, and I don't want to buy the biggest, most expensive one from Apple when I can get a bigger one cheaper somewhere else and install it myself.

Am I the only one who doesn't want to pay to dollar for Apple's Hard drives? Has no one else tried swapping them out yet?

I'll be swapping one out next week when I buy it. I read up on it, and it seems really easy. If no one else bothers to answer, I'll be sure to let you know how it goes.

same :)
although, given the prices for the largest capacity 7200rpm drives, not so sure i'm ready to do it just yet.
