macbook questions

i recently got a macbook (white, c2d 1.83ghz combo) and ive got a few questions about it.
first, will more ram give me higher framerates in WoW? i get around ~15fps in cities and outside and ~7 in raids which leads me to believe it's a ram problem since i use ctra, bigwigs, and a few other addons when raiding. ive still got the default 512mb.
second, what's the best way to clean it? it's been accumulating dust since it just sits on my desk and i use an external keyboard and mouse.
third, is there any way to read ntfs volumes in os x? my external hard drive is ntfs since i used it with my windows pc until the pc died.
finally, can i install boot camp without deleting all the stuff i have on the hd now?

In response to your #1 question, YES! I have the 2.0ghz, just a baby step up from yours, but maxed it at 2GB of RAM. I get 30-40 FPS outside on average with settings in the medium range at full resolution. Inside of course is a step up from there, and playing it in Windowed Mode even jumps me up another 5-10.

Dust: Well, the obvious thing that probably needs saying is that if you're accumulating dust that rapidly, you should vacuum more. But that aside, wet lint-free cloth of any kind (even paper towel that's relatively lint free) is more than good enough to get rid of dust. Mr. Clean Magic Eraser is a great solution for all surfaces except the screen and maybe the keyboard (although it seems okay on the keyboard as long as you don't work it too hard) for more difficult dirt. I use one periodically on my iBook palm rests and I've never found anything else that does such a good job at cleaning them.

NTFS: Only read access in OS X. You have to either use bootcamp or parallels, or reformat in a format both OSes can handle. FAT32 is certainly a possibility, although it has its known limitations (files must be < 4GB, no journal, etc, etc). EXT2FS seems like a good option (you have to install drivers for it on the host OSes first) that someone recently recommended in another thread.

Bootcamp: I'm pretty sure you can repartition on the fly without having to delete everything, but that's just from memory.

Take a look at the Guides section of Macrumors. There should be some good stuff in there regarding Bootcamp. I did the guide on filesystem choices, but I need to add info on this EXT2 thing, because it's new to me.

cool, read only access is all i need with regard to ntfs. it's also good to know i can install xp without deleting the stuff i've got on here right now.
