Ok, i am hoping that this will be helping out alot, does anyone know if newegg will refund you for a bad stick of RAM?
 
You can get a refund within 30 days.

Their refund policy spells it out cearly.

Thats the additional manufacturer coverage that is posted as well.

You have two options:

From newegg:
Return it within 30 days for a refund.
Get a replacement within one year.

From manufacturer:
Get a replacement within the lifetime of the product.
