Hey there guys do apple have a replacement compensation policy for their products? I have had to have my new macbook replaced twice now within 17 days. The first time due to dead pixels and the second time due to warping of the case as well as scratched to the bodywork and a shabby screen. They are now sending out macbook no 3 but they havent offered anything in terms of a gesture. Would love to hear your views
