Ok, so I need to vent, and I need some advice if I should proceed differently.

Back in July, Around July 7 I noticed that my MacBook was getting the stains, I purchased mine the last week of May. I called AppleCare and was told it wasn't an issue. I called again on Monday, and this time I was given a dispatch, all that, got my mac serviced. I went on vacation though, so when I got back on July 23, I picked up my MacBook from work were I had it shipped.

So, I start it up, I use it for one day, next day, I have no power/no light. I call up Apple have them send me another box, send it in, I get it back today. The repair took about a week. Today I start up my laptop, it works, but it started with a whine that I had never heard before, and I was nervous because they had replaced the logic board. I deciced to simply do a restart. Went to the apple menu, selected restart and when it came back up, I had the chime, but nothing else, then little verticle lines started to appear. Nothing else happens, so I've called again. They are now sending me a 3rd box in as many as 30 days, basically I've been without my computer for almost a month now.

I am wondering if someone has a better tactic or idea to getting this resolved. At some point you'd think they'd offer me a replacement.

I think after 3 times they should ask if you want a replacement or you money back.

You should see if you can get your money back and wait for the next mac pro revision.

I would never buy a REV A version of a laptop because they always seem to have problems.
