MacBook shuts down only after coming out of sleep

I've been reading the forums (time permitting), but it seems the problem hasn't been pinpointed yet.

Mine shuts down within a minute of coming out of sleep. It usually shuts down twice in a row.

It's almost always plugged in. I'm up to date on software and I have no hardware upgrades. Diagnostics report no problems.

If I didn't know any better I'd say firefox may have something to do with it as this is the first app I start. Today I used a different app and it ran fine after that. Hard to say for sure though.

I think I'll call Mac Care just so its documented. What's the latest?

That definitely sounds like a job for AppleCare. Just out of interest though, what do you have plugged in from third party manufacturers and what third party apps are running when this happens?

Just Firefox and wireless intellimouse explorer 2.0

Maybe ditch Intellimouse Explorer for a while to see if things get better.
