Can anyone recommend some good second skins and bags for macbook pro? thanks

Tom Bihn are my favourites. The Monolith in particular. Just drop the laptop in there and then drop that in any old bag you have. The new (as yet not-shipping) size 4x is specifically for the MacBook Pro.

I use a Samsonnite and I love it. I also have off name brand sleeve that I have only used once. Its not that bad, but since i have a nice bag its kinda hard bring my self to use it.

If you really love your Macbook, carry it between your chest and your shirt secured with a belt around navel height.

Then put some ear phones in it and you have an ipod :)

But then you need a skin cause of sweat!

Need your help,

I bought his bag for my Mcbook Pro but I am unsure if it will fit or not.

My main concern is the length of the laptop. The overall size of the bag is
15.5 in and the laptop is 15.4.

The Executive IIe from Avalon: http://eshop.macsales.com/shop/item/5561/AVLTE221A/

The catch is that it is bulkier than some, as it is heavily padded to try to absorb the shock from falls, and have enough compartments for business documents, and computer peripherals. For those doing airline travelling it seems to shine there, as you can use it as a carry-on and have room for books, adapters, PDA, etc.

you forgot that the Intel chips run cool, so there won't be any sweat, now a G4 powerbook, that would be hot. :p
