MacBook Staining?

Hello,
I have seen pictures of the White MacBook having huge black/brown marks around the keyboard, does everybody's stain like this or are the pictures I have seen exceptions?
I can't decide between the Black MacBook or the White with 2gb of ram, I am leaning more toward the white but I don't want it to stain.

A few white ones stain, with free case replacement from apple...

Mines approx 7 months old and has had the case changed (god i must be greasy!!)

Glass cleaner seems to be the next best solution - it seems to take any marks off of mine

Also I was wondering, which would you recommended, bigger HD or More RAM, does 2gb of RAM make a lot of difference in everyday life (just general web browsing, messaging, itunes mabye some movie editing etc.)
