MacBook super heating from last one week

Hi

I have been using MacBook for last 9 months and for the last 2 weeks it gets superheated after 5 minutes itself.

It was not happening earlier but I remember that in between for 2-3 weeks it used to get super heated after some time and then it stopped.

Again in last 2 weeks it has started getting heating up again.

I always 5-6 apps running with Apache and MySQL service running.

I have all the latest Mac updates

Ideas?
