First of all, this is purely speculation.
Jobs will shock the world this February/March 17th or May/Junes with a truly revolutionary product, the Macbook Touch. The launch will coincide with the iMac refresh. Why you ask? Simple. Surprise value.
Onstage will be set up a 24", 20" and a smaller case size between 16" and 18".
Jobs will go into the usual details, annouce the success of the MBA, etc. He'll go through a small portion of the iMac refresh (faster processers, screen issue fix, improved graphic cards, price drop?) and then, just when it seems like he'll be ending the show and won't be discussing the smaller case, he'll bring out his patented "and one more thing."
He'll go over to the case, open the side hatch and pull out the MBT (between 15" and 17"). The case is simply the companion base station, with Superdrive, USB ports, etc...
Otherways he could suprise us is by sitting down in front of the smaller apparent iMac case and touch the screen
It'd be quite a show. Will it happen though? Time will tell.
