So, recently, the single click (left click) under my track pad makes an annoying noise when i click. In the past, there was no noise, but now, it is almost like a little annoying screech. Is there any way to remove and clean the button or anything?

I'd guess it's just part of the enclosure so there's no way of removing it without removing the entire top casing.

Can't say I've encountered the same problem myself I'm afraid.

Just keep pressing the trackpad button rapidly and it should wear whatever is causing the squeek (rubbing the casing or whatever) to wear out.

I had a squeeky spacebar and that fixed it.

Probably a bit of food that's fallen into the gap on your trackpad.

i've tried the keep pressing it thing, but its not doing it. The trackpad doesn't seem to be like a normal key
