Is there any difference between these three or do they all serve the same functionality? Meaning I can sync my Iphone to the cloud or develop apps from all three of these devices. If not, which would be the best thing to get? If a MacBook can do the most then I will have that, but if the mac mini can do 80% of what the MacBook can do, I'll stick with the mini. If the mac computer, does the most. I'll probably get that.

The M4 MacBook Pro, M4 iMac and M4 Mac Mini are all pretty much the same computer in different packages, provided you pick the same processor/RAM/Storage spec (the iMac starts with fewer processor cores in the cheapest option). The other Mac types are still on older M2 or M3 processors but they still run the same software.

Different screens (or lack thereof) and number of I/O ports but really the choice is just whether you want a laptop, all-in-one or mini desktop...

If you want to start, purchase Macbook Air 13" M3. It's absolutely fantastic computer, very light, but powerful enough to develop apps. Be sure to get minimum 16 GB RAM and minimum 512 GB SSD.

Macbook Pro M4 is great and very powerful, but expensive and less portable than Air.

Mac mini M4 is a beast, but it is a stationary computer. Plus I would recommend purchasing a Magic Keyboard and optionally a Magic Touchpad, it's extra $300+. Reusing your PC keyboard is ok, but not so convenient on my taste.

iMac — check it by yourself if it fits your needs.

Macbook and iMac = you open the box, set it up. Some MacBook owners dock theirs as if they're a Mac mini. Mac mini = you provide your own screen, keyboard and mouse and/or trackpad and get to use what you have or read forums and watch Youtube about which ones you should buy.
