Hey I have a problem with my macbook pro a1398.
after one minute of working i get the rainbow wheel of death and even though i can move the mouse i cant click anything.

I go to reboot\recovery mode and do the first aid option and it says everything is ok,but then after a minute or so one of the drives disappears and i can't see it anymore, and probably that's what causes the problem.

Anyone have an idea how to fix it?

Could be a failing cable, the heat of running for a minute might affect it. Or it could be a similar issue for the drive itself.

If you're looking for things to try, you could do the usual things, reset the SMC, PRAM, or do a clean install before concluding it's hardware.

Cant install anything because it will fail during installation.
But... I was able to make it work for a lil and delete stuff from the drive and it seemed to work.
gonna see if its gonna stay stable

Have you tried booting into safe mode?
Have you attempted removing the drive from the computer, placing it in a USB enclosure, and attempting to boot the OS this way?
Have you performed the Apple Hardware Test/Apple Diagnostics?
Are you close to an Apple Store?
