Macbook with a Windows network hard drive

Hi,

I'm planning on buying a Macbook really soon and want to know how compatible it is with my network I have now. I have a million albums saved onto a network hard drive that I used with my Windows laptop, will all these albums be accessible when I switch to a Macbook?

Yes. OS X interacts fine with shared Windows volumes.
