Hey guys,

first of all I'm sorry for my English. I have a MBP 13in early 2015 running El Capitan 10.11.5. My network stops working after a while of usage, wifi sign still shows connected but Safari cannot open any site nor sending/receiving email via Mail. And Mail also shows an issue sign next to the Inbox. I have tried to find solutions for the issue but any of them could have fixed it. I really appreciate any help. Thanks.

Not much to go on, but have you tried attaching an ethernet cable from your MBP to your router/modem to see if the problem is with the WiFi or the router/modem itself? How about rebooting the router/modem? Also, it would help if you told us what you have already tried in order to solve the problem.

Ok, Asus usually make good routers.

But, I would still do a complete factory reset of device. (I know your works well on other devices but Apple WLAN devices can be strange beasts...) Then I would upgrade to the latest firmware. Then I would give your wireless network SSID a totally different name.

If this does not work, you could just upgrade an Asus 5Ghz (or Airport Express) router and run in 5Ghz mode ONLY.

Another option, is to upgrade to Sierra.

Whatever happens, please report back here on your results.

Unfortunately network issue has returned. I was more patient and recognized that I don't need to turn wifi off and on just wait for a wile. Roughly one minute or two. So it seems to be freezing. Totally strange :S
