startin to wonder if i done right thing goin from my trusty solid as f** pbk to a 2.3 mbp 3gb.. [especialy as im stil waitin for appl to send me a new one with a GOOD screen - it is possible, i seen a perfect one]

usin pshop cs with 50 65mb files open ,an the usual stuf open..it crashes [freezes] .. [mayb to b expected as on rosetta?] pbk, no problem.. would sail thru that..

then when i had only 15 files open it decided to go into front row and jus froze.. no response from any keys, remote ,etc.. a restart..

r other peopl havin problems? r these intel macs as solid as ppc?

at least this off bak to appl ..

I've deployed 7 MBPs, 2 MBs, 2 MPs, and 5 iMacs now and have had no serious hardware problems on any of them.

uhh even CS2 runs horribly slow on the macbook pro. It runs faster if you go through bootcamp. Of course the Powerbook will be faster, CS runs natively on that.

Wait till CS3 which is Universal. I've seen the beta and tried it--its blazing fast.
