Macconnection/pcconnection is a great retailer. I've bought many products from them for years, probably going on 15 years.

MacConnection and PCConnection are the same company. We use them for almost all tech purchases for my company. They are very reliable and give us free shipping and no hassles returns, but that's as a corporate customer.

I do buy Apple-branded stuff from them, but usually I want our Macs customized in some way and so go straight to Apple for those as well. But overall....nothing but positive experiences with them and I do maybe $50K a year in annual spending with them for my small business.

Agree with above posters...

I've bought a few things from Mac Connection and always got whatever I ordered in a timely fashion and at a good price. They are a great online retailer!

appleinsider.com promo with macmall.com

First time poster and been stocking the forums to get everyone's feedback on the MBA, myself, I have decided on the ultimate 13" to purchase!

If you visit appleinsider.com, via their website they have a link to macmall.com where you get the cheapest prices available on the MBA via a special promo with macmall.com. Ends 11/19. Some sort of glitch though and the price is not accurate thru the website, so it is best to call into macmall.com versus buying online to get the proper price.

What do you mean by the price isn't accurate?

What do you mean by the price isn't accurate?

Didn't want to get into a big explanation, but the lowest price for what I want the MBA 13 ultimate is 1502.53, when you click on the link and then go to buy/customize, it shows a price of 1549.00 for the base before upgrading memory and processor. So I called in and they agreed that the base price for the 13" 1.86GHz/2GB/256GB is 1502.53 price and would honor it over the phone, not sure what the reason for the difference when you click on the link.. Test it out yourself and you will see, tough trying to explain
