Looks like they've made it in Dreamweaver, and according to Netcraft it's hosted by Apache on Fedora Linux.
 
May I ask how you came to that conclusion?
Just a feeling from a quick glance at both the site and the source. Of course it could be any package that has decent CSS, but having seen the output from many Dreamweaver sites as they are created it just the right look and feel to me. If anyone knows better I'll happily admit that statement to be a load of crap :)

I agree with that reasoning. There's just a feeling about its source code that says "I was made with Dreamweaver." There was likely some other tools as well though. I don't know if it started from a template though, it could have been a fresh design.

I did download the source code and opened it in dreamweaver. There were a few things missing but overall it still looked pretty good. I wonder if I can get my site looking like this on .mac
