Is there a safe way to find the equivalent Pantone with a CMYK colour, when one does not have a Pantone Bridge colour book?

This is an interesting tool thanks, but i dont think its what im looking for.
In my case, i have CMYK values that and i wish to find the matching Pantone colour. As close possible, cause afterll CMYK values can never be translated to Pantone with success.

there are quite a lot of websites out there finding PMS colours close to cmyk values you enter… or from other color spaces to PMS… you can even load up a picture and pick a colour which then will be matched to PMS…

Is there one that provides the best results that you might have to suggest?
