macOS 10.12.4 show Zero KB application and no large files

I see zero KB application and no large files after install macOS Sierra 10.12.4.
I go to About This Mac > Storage tab > and click Manage button to show my storage usage.
Before update it work fine, it show how many application which sort by its size, and also many large files
Does anyone have the same issue? Do you have any idea to fix these problem?
