It's a typo on the Australian page. Apple doesn't preannounce software updates on the security updates summary page.

I know they don't pre-announce software, I just mean its mistakenly been put there by someone who knows it's in development.

Like I said, it's a typo on the Australian page. It's not there in other languages.

So why is Apple not correcting the error? Should they not now know about it?

There should be a 10.15.8 because Catalina still has that freeking wifi problem!..Can,t wait till dosdude creates that os big sur patcher so i can lose Catalina!.Don,t want to go down to Mojave and lose everything.
