MacOS 12 will not install on a MacPro Late 2013. with apple support we have tried normal mode, safe mode, recover from internet to no avail. Apple support seems completely unaware of this issue and hasn't been helpful. This has effected all of our MacPros. Has anyone else seen this?

Here is the App Store link

Get macOS Monterey

Seems to be on compatibility list.

Not that this is a long term solution, but have you tried to enroll in the beta program.

Or you can try to click the App Store link, then create a bootable flash drive and install that way

No problems installing Monterey on my 2013 Mac Pro. I would install Big Sur 11.6.1 first and make sure the firmware is up to date. Make sure you don't have an AngelShark carrier board installed so the firmware can update.
