Looks like Outlook search function is once again broken. As with earlier version of MacOS 13 (13.1???), search in Outlook shows no results.

Open Finder and go to Applications - Utilities - Terminal and type the following commands (Press Enter after typing each command).

sudo mdutil -i off /System/Volumes/Data
sudo mdutil -i on /System/Volumes/Data

Note: When prompted for a password, please type the Mac user password. This would be invisible. Please type the same and hit enter.

Once done, restart the mac computer.

Checking Indexing Status open Spotlight ( cmd + space ) type indexing:

If this does not work:

sudo mdutil -a -i off
sudo mdutil -a -i on
sudo mdutil -X /System/Volumes/Preboot

Once done, restart the mac computer

Control with:

sudo mdutil -sa
Output should be:
➜ ~ sudo mdutil -sa
Password:
/:
Indexing enabled.
/System/Volumes/Data:
Indexing enabled.
/System/Volumes/Preboot:
Indexing enabled.
