Issues that stay in Untested for 3 releases (beta or smooth) will be removed from all future threads. When there is a new macOS release, please be sure to let us know about the issue's status by moving it to either "Remaining Issues" or "Resolved Issues"

So it seems as though after installig this beta, my MBA 15" M2 is stuck in a Recovery Assistant loop. Every time I enter the password it just reboots to the recovery screen. Ideas?

I’m glad I only put it on my MBA, I just reinstalled 14.3.1. Good luck tomorrow
How did you reinstall 14.3.1? I haven't had an issue with Mac betas ever so it's been a long time dealing with this.

i clicked on the apple logo in upper left corner and it gave me an option to erase my Mac and reinstall the OS. Mind you I only use this laptop to down load music and watch movies. So I really didn’t lose anything

There is still.something wrong. Even after restores, it keeps going to recovery.

Update: after a trip to the Apple Store, they reinstalled Sonoma from Apple Configurator and that seems to have worked. I'm glad I'm still under warranty in case the logic board went bad. Phew.

Had the same issue! Just kept getting a recovery loop! Had to have a warranty exchange as it was only a few weeks old.

For me, any time I enable subtitles in any streaming media, in 14.4 beta 3, Safari will eventually 'lock up' and the window the subs are enabled in will refuse to update.

I can only work around this issue by opening another window and reloading that same page in the new window and closing the old subs-enabled window.

I was kinda lucky that mine was still under warranty until June but they did let me buy Apple Care+ just in case. I was kinda surprised. She said if you bring it in for something while it’s still under warranty, then you can buy it.
