Resolved macOS Catalina 10.15.7 is a new installer or update?

Apple today released macOS Catalina 10.15.7, the latest update to the macOS Catalina software. macOS Catalina 10.15.7 fixes several major bugs that Mac users have been experiencing

It means I have to download the full, complete version from the App Store of Catalina 10.15.7 installer, and make another USB stick bootable media again? ?

Hello. I am struggling to find a 10.15.7 image, for some reason my Dosdude Patcher 1.4.4 is downloading the version 15.5. Is there a something I can do to find a 15.7 image?

I got the Combo update here and just redownloaded 10.15.7 from the App Store and used Diskmaker X to make the installer.
