macOS catalına wıfı not working

hello everyone, I installed macbook 5.1 (post 2008) on macOS catal with the guide posted by @dosdude1 and wifi is not working i am going crazy what should i do

did you update firmware and leap from High Sierra to Catalina?
anyways, MacOSXdaily published a tutorial that might help.
my MacBook air ran into some problems with that patcher, so i went back to Mojave.
there is a whole thread in catalina for unsupportive mac that will help,
you might that not read over 100 pages tho.

i'm sure dos dude won't respond here, he did enough work on this back in 2019.

Dos dude emphasized going from high sierra to catalina or mojave
hopefully that was the problem.

I prefer Mojave myself.

seems to me that im have problems with Microsoft Edge which i never had last year.
this could be that other "companies" are developing software for macs with the M1 chip, so you might have problems.

im happy that the Wifi works and hopefully Mojave will keep us happy for more years!
