Hi,

I try to use to turn on the LogClientIdentity-Setting on macOS-Caching like https://support.apple.com/de-de/guide/mac-help/mchl91e7141a/mac

Is that this command?

$ sudo -u _assetcache defaults write /Library/Preferences/com.apple.AssetCache.plist LogClientIdentity -string true

But it doesn't work, do you have any idea?

I don't have an answer for you...but can you give more detail about exactly what you want to do?

Try with just and what @DJLC suggested:

Code:

sudo defaults write /Library/Preferences/com.apple.AssetCache LogClientIdentity -bool true

I just tested and it looks that worked on my computer.
