MacOS guest in Parallels laggy camera on Zoom

Curious if anyone is having a similar issue.

Zoom calls work well in the host MacOS Catalina, and also in a guest Windows 10 VM under Parallels.

I’m running Catalina as a guest (separate work environment) and both the built in MBP camera as well as a Logitech lag horribly under Zoom.

ideas?
