New to MacOS and wondering if there's any software or tools to view all available keyboard shortcuts for MacOS itself + all installed apps's keyboard shortcuts?

I've started installing various MacOS apps, and some have their own keyboard shortcuts or the ability to customise the keyboard shortcuts. But without knowing if there is an existing keyboard shortcut already, I don't want to start overriding existing keyboard shortcuts with custom ones.

For instance, on Windows 10 shift+insert keyboard shortcut allows you to paste clipboard-copied content like ctrl+v on Windows. I am starting to get the hang of cmd+v on MacOS for this, but I still sometimes hit shift+insert key when I am trying to paste copied content.
