Ok, now every keystroke shortcut or a simple copy and paste is not working. Even an accent on a letter is failing! Any solution to this one?

macOS Monterey Finder is misbehaving again!

Have you tried reinstalling Windo.... er ... I mean macOS? But seriously though, you could create another account and see if the problem is occurring there. If not then it's likely some third-party software. Did you update the Mac from an earlier OS or did you do a clean install?
Problem has been solved. It was Raycast app. Quit the app and everything was back to normal.
