macOS Monterey Performance on 2019 MacBook Pro 13” w/ Touch Bar

The question is in the subject line essentially. How has everyone’s experience been with Monterey on their 13” 2019 MacBook Pro with the Touch Bar? I’m currently running Big Sur and it’s decently stable but feels lacking compared to Mojave. How does Monterey hold up in your opinion? Will performance be an improvement or will the battery life be any better? Thanks!

Let's say, that if I'd restart every app after some heavy usage and turn Mac off if unneeded, then it's usable. Otherwise, Big Sur is preferred for me (because of the annoying RAM leak problem)
