I had to switch to Firefox again, because the forums stopped working and shortly after that the famous Private Relay issue, that made Safari completely unusable. I hope it's better after the update.

Spooky things were going on while updating. I already thought it's some kind of boot loop.

But now it's finished:

And the M3 iMac found the update the second the mini was finished. Also download is much faster over there now.

Anyone else unable to get Discord to run?

Mullvad seems to be mostly fixed, hesitant to say fully...

Until now my Private Relay problem seems to be fixed and Safari is working normally... But it's too short to not come back.

The istallation on the M3 was completely different and much faster than on the M4 Pro.

In the end on the M4, there were progress bars that weren't any because they didn't move and also had a strange green color, but the end of those bars were always filled a bit.

I got this several times in a row, with and without the boot chime.

Can someone confirm VM applications still works in this beta?

VMware Fusion and UTM with Windows 11 ARM work. That's all I have. Parallels trial is over and my VirtualBox is just a pre-release where I have nothing run-able in it, because Windows didn't work yet, although you can choose Windows 11 ARM now there, but that also didn't work in the Beta before. In VirtualBuddy I have nothing installed yet.

Does anyone use one of those and can tell if they are good?

I have only the Canary version installed but...

Yeah my Discord appears to be working and it looks like it briefly went down earlier.

Edit: Discord on macOS is a web app wrapper so updates like these would not have an impact on Discord alone. Apps like Canva and even my mouse drivers would be impacted.

The link to the installer was wrong. It must have been 15.3.2. I'll try another one.

It seems there is non yet. There is a different build for the new Air and Studio. It made no sense anyway with the dates. I was just confused about two different installers.

Maybe it's coming after the public beta release again.

I would just recommend again to play a little with the settings how tabs are displayed. Maybe it is going away then.

Screenshot 2025-03-11 at 20.39.40.png

Also I don't know the exact problem. I just see what could be a tab where the descripiton/icon is missing or there isn't even a tab and it's just an empty space.

Are there that many tabs open or is the missing description also a bug?

I have to open more at least 27 when Safari is filling the whole screen, for the text to disappear. But I still see all icons and there is no empty space.
