I have found the kernel tasks on my activity tracker and there was a post about going into AP something and system Library I just cannot seem to find the post again to end the Kernel 121 task and launchd (1) tasks.
If you see the post or can walk me thru where to find the system library .......... I just need to know where to go to get to the system task and quit or remove the kernel issue. I am new to Mac but so have some tech knowledge.
Thanks

What kernel issue? Could you be more specific? What model/year Mac do you have?

It's not necessary to dive into the System Library as any problems you're having are almost certainly caused by something else. Please let us know what issues you're having and I'm sure we can suggest a better course of action.
