Hi All,

Very new to Macs.

I have done the 3 day macos support essentials 10.12 course and now have to prepare for the exam.

Can anyone recommend good study material other than the book?

Thanks
Baza

How about sticking around here on this subforum and try to help as much members as possible with their real world issues, rather than al the theoretical stuff. Good Luck with your exam!

Cheers

What materials were you given for the course? I would reference those.

The book is the essential guide. However, as it states in the book, nothing beats real-world experience. That simply means working through all the exercises and familiarising yourself with each of the steps as listed in the book. Best approach is to follow the step by step guide, then repeat without the guide and see how it all goes. Just remember that you can create problems when doing this, so best to use a non-critical mac for your training.
