I thought I'd discuss a few of my issues with Tahoe and ask if anyone else is experiencing the same problems.
When my M1 Mac mini goes into sleep mode, it shows me this after I wake it up. I never disconnected the drive. It also does this with an SD card I have plugged in. It does it regardless of being plugged into the computer itself or in a hub.
(in case you were wondering, I ran a terminal command long ago to make my screenshots in JPG instead of PNG to save space. That's why this isn't transparent)
Also, when I click on a desktop shortcut, I have to click on the center part of it. The clickable area that actually performs the shortcut is shown when I click. If I click more towards the edge of the shortcut, it opens the Shortcuts app instead and does not perform the shortcut.
Also, when I wake my Mac mini, it still shows the screen saver and I have to input again to get to the screen.
Tahoe still feels like a beta. We need a Snow Tahoe next year 🤣. Is anyone else experiencing these problems?
