HI Are there setting to adjust/ customize the 24" iMac and/or ASD webcam? like zoom in/out, portrait/landscape, resolution etc?

Im about to upgrade to a new Mac and video conference ALOT. one of the things I hate about it with my old Mac is at times ...have too much background or the opposite too close up and wish I could zoom out.

Does Center stage allow you to override the internal settings or is it a basic "auto ALL on" or "All off". be nice to have a slider like volume to adjust to your needs.

Would anyone with macOS 12 be willing to share a screen shot of any usable/adjustable settings for FaceTime, Centerstage, etc?

No, not really. There are third party apps you can purchase that let you tweak things, but most of the camera settings are provided by whatever video conference software you use, or your webcam manufacturer might provide downloadable software.

Never had the need to mess with camera settings myself.

thanks.
well in earlier OS there were minor options early on... but my point was with all the video conferencing —im skeptical of the center stage soft and hear other complain of wide shots when they like a portrait and visa versa. I'd imagine/hope for a system pref toggle to set on-off etc.

guess its just another user option  isn't going to give us.
