Macpaint for OSX???

I use Photoshop all the time to edit images, is there a small program like Paint (that you can find on windows) for Macs, that I can use for simple things.

I have just found Adobe Imageready 7.0 on my system, this seems to be good, and is very easy to use, thanks for the help though, I may download the graphic converter program as well. Thanks.
