MACPRO 1.1/2.1 and VIDEO CARD NIVDIA QUADRO 4000

I found this Video Card : Ref HP 655933-B21 =
Quadro 4000 Graphic Card - 2 GB - PCI Express

Can i install this one in my Mac Pro ( actually MAVERICK 10.9.5 ) or it's better under EL CAPITAN Os ?

Tried Quadro 4000 2GB from HP (Z820) on MP 2.1 with and without installed nVidia drivers - just black screen.

It did not work, as I said, I just got black screen - with or without drivers. Mavericks 10.9.5, I did not have opportunity to test this card under Yosemite or El Capitan. This computer ended up with GeForce GTX 650 Ti 2GB, whics is good thing because this cards has 768 vs 256 CUDA cores on Quadro 4000.

must found an MCP 4,1 so :( to install QUADRO 4000 + 128 Gigas and 2 x 500 Gigas disk :)
