MacPro 1,1 graphics card needed

My flashed HD5870 just bit the dust, so I need a replacement. I also have a MP 5,1 and don't want to spend too much on this so am looking for the cheapest card that will give me boot screens with Lion, El Capitan and Win 10 - either flashable or Apple native. Performance is not a criterion as I won't be gaming on this as long as I can avoid screen tearing, it will do.

I looked at the GT120 but that has a 64bit EFI, so anything like that but 32bit would be fine.

Either a HD 5770 or HD 5870 will do fine. Newer GPUs won't be accelerated in Lion.

Anything lower? Fanless would be a plus.
