Hi!
I have MacPro 1,1 and upgraded to Yosemite 10.10.2 using the Efi 32-64 bit wrapper and a Samsung SSD. Problems begin w/ new Nvidia VGAs
So I tested 2 GTX 750. First was MSI w/o the 6 pin power connector (newer energy eficient version of 750) N750-2GD5/OCV1 and Nvidia web drivers WebDriver-343.02.02f01_nhw
The monitor stayed black and VGAs are detectad ass (null null) (see screens) and I got all the screenshots via Screenshare (For those who doesn't know its Mac's built in VNC server)
I chose Nvidia drivers as main ones- still no signal
The second I chose with the power connector Gigabyte GTX 750 GV-N750OC-2GI Also upgraded to newer webdrivers 343.02.02f04 but the result is the same.
If I plug in an old GT 210 everything works and the vga is detected.
I got the empression that GTX 750 or 770 was a safe bet but I can't keep buying them just to test them out. Forum and google didn't yield any answers
