Hi everyone !
I recently upgraded one of my MacPro 2008 with 64GB ram
I'm using some 3D softwares which eat literally all of my ram!
I tried to reboot the Mac on windows 7 64-bits but it wasn't able to give a sign of life whilst on Mac OS X no problem but the software is faster on the Microsoft one than on the Apple one and a crossfire of ATI I guess is more efficient with Windows 7 than on Mac OS X
I'm using a kit of 64GB ram 667Mhz EEC on a 2008.
I think windows is definitely able to manage this quantity of ram and the issue could come from the OS. I don't see other reasons or option;
What are you through ?
Thanks !
