MacPro 5,1 ram issue

Hello everyone, I just updated my mac pro 2009 4.1 to 5.1, install two processors x5680 3.33ghz, 32gb ram 1333mhz ECC but run at 1066mhz, I do not understand what I'm doing wrong, OS High Sierra.

Thank you guys, I’ve already reset the PRAM and it Works!!!!, now i got 32gb 1333mhz...cheeers!
