I have 4 devices connected to MacPro via BT: Apple keyboard, mouse, touchpad, and a set of 3rd party wireless speakers. The keyboard and wireless speakers have intermittent connection problems with the MacPro. For the keyboard, it would send continuous characters in the login screen about once in 5 days. The solution is to turn off the keyboard and turn it back on. For the wireless speakers, the sound become choppy after 2-3 days.

I have replaced the Apple keyboard with another Apple keyboard. The problem persists. I have updated the OS from 10.15.7 to 11.0.1. It did not solve the problem. I disconnected the wireless speakers. The keyboard still has problems intermittenly like before.

Any suggestions on how I can fix it?

Yes it's here too. Happens seldom only, but it's there and it's annoying when it happens. I am not sure if it relates to low battery, but could be worth a note. I've got the older design wireless kbd + trackpad in a Clique HengeDocks.

edit. okay, you seem to think blutooth problems are NOT battery related in another thread (100% and loosing BT).

I got a Magic Keyboard 2 and the problem disappeared. I tried two Magic Keyboards and they both had the same problem. Then I tried the Magic Keyboard 2 and the problem went away.

The Magic Keyboard did not have problems until I upgraded the OS to Catalina. On another forum, people with the new M1 Mini and Magic Keyboard had issues. I suggested to him to switch to Magic Keyboard 2. He did that and the problem went away too.

This is just so Apple....
