can you put a drive for example that has 10,000 rpm and 16mb cache in or is it too much heat? or if you keep the standard 7200rpm and 8mb cache please explain how "stripe" the hard drives for faster video capabilities means and how the RAID, 0, 1, etc. work? Because i work with video a lot and want faster acessing speeds!!! THANKS!

Any SATA drive will work fine - Apple hasn't specified any requirements besides being SATA. The 10000RPM Western Digital Raptor Hard Drive and/or Hard Drives with 16MB Cache will operate fine
