Macpro one 3.2 ghz (4 cores) vs macbookpros

Hello i have a Macpro one 3.2 ghz 4 cores 2012 model macpro. I want to change it with macbook pro. I looked to the i7 2.9 ghz 3520M processor and i7 2.0 ghz 4750HQ processor. What will be the performance difference with them? Mac pro one 3.2 ghz have about 10.000 points benchmark. I need minimum 13500. What will you suggest?

Benchmark what? Multicore? 64-Bit? 32-Bit? Which benchmark application?
