There was an online retailer that was loosely affiliated with MacRumors, and occasionally promoted by them. They sold to most states tax-free and also with a pretty decent discount, including on products that were just released. The caveat was that if you returned the item you had to pay a pretty hefty restocking fee. I cannot for the life of me find their name anywhere on the site now. It's almost as if MacRumors scrubbed it.

I thought it was something like "enertech" or alone those lines. Ring any bells, anyone?

The ones I can think of are Expercom, B&H, Adorama, and MacMall.
