Not much to be said. Hasn't work one day since upgrading to Sierra. I tried everything - removing from preferences, restarting Safari and MBP, removing files under RemoteNotifications.

Worst is when you visit the notification page, where you can resubscribe, I never get anything in the notifications tab for this site.

Can someone please address this?

I've been having this problems since Mavericks.
But this time, when cleaning Safari, MacRumors' site never asks for permission to send push notifications, as it did in previous OS.
Push notification works in all other sites that I subscribe.

I hope MacRumors adresses the problem.

I'm receiving them... it's likely a problem on your end, not MR. Try logging out from MR, deleting your MR cookies from Safari, then restart Safari and see if that helps.
